Meetings

Executive Board Meetings:

Executive Board meetings shall be held the first Thursday of the month at a set time approved by the board members. Members may request minutes of the meetings by notifying the Secretary-Treasurer in writing of their request.

The Executive Board shall consist of the Local President, Vice-President, Secretary-Treasurer, up to three (3) Area Representatives and one Member-at- Large. The member at large seat is to represent the general membership to the board. All members may contact either executive board member at large Casey Goddard (Cable) or his alternate David Janke (I&M) at the union hall via voicemail.

General Membership Meetings:

Regular meetings of the local general membership shall be held on the second Thursday of March, June, September, and December at a set time approved by the Local membership by majority vote the general membership meeting prior (traditionally 5:30).

**Special meetings can be called by a majority vote of the Executive Board or by a petition signed by ten (10) members in good standing. A meeting shall be called with in ten days of receipt and acceptance of proper petition.

Committee Meetings:

Local committee meetings are to be held at least quarterly at a time and location agreed upon by the committee members. Members appointed to the committees are to report to the President of the Local. Prepared reports are to be issued for members at general meetings. Local committees consist of:

Executive Board
Executive Board Meetings are held on first Thursday of the month usually at 4:30 pm at the Local union Hall. Members seeking to attend meetings are to contact the Secretary/Treasurer for accurate time of meeting and date. Members requesting minutes of Executive Board Meetings are to contact the Secretary/Treasurer.
